SHANGUY, led by the influential Italian DJ and producer NRD1, has made a significant impact on the music industry. With over 1.4 million Shazams for the single “All Good Things” in Russia, NRD1 has established himself as a formidable force in the field.
Since its formation in 2017, SHANGUY has enchanted audiences around the world. The collective, originally comprised of French singer/producer Eon Melka and Italian singer/songwriter Frank-O, made a remarkable debut with “La Louze”, which garnered over 50 million streams/views, achieved Double Platinum status, and ranked in Shazam’s World Top 50. “Désolée (Paris/Paname)” became a triple Platinum hit in Poland, entered Spotify’s Global Top 200, and reached #6 on the Billboard Dance US chart. Following this, the single “Back To Life” received extensive airplay across Italian and Polish radio stations. SHANGUY also made waves in the gaming industry by collaborating with Mobile Legends Bang Bang, a game with 48 million players, to produce the track “Bang Bang”.
Their collaboration with Paolo Pellegrino on “Oops” achieved #3 on Russia’s Radio Airplay Chart, while the release of “Dalida” with Marnik further solidified their international presence. Other notable tracks include “Kalima Minou” (Top 10 Radio Airplay Poland), “C’est la vie” featuring Holy Molly (over 5 million streams), and “Dernière Danse” with Yves V, which surpassed 12 million Spotify streams.
Recently, “Lava” entered the Top 50 Airplay in Poland, while “Creatures Of The Night” and the Aaxis Hyper Mix of “Dernière Danse” accumulated 1 million Spotify plays within just two months.
