The 2026 rework preserves the unmistakable bass riff, classic melody and iconic vocal that made the original a global favourite, while rebuilding the production for today’s dancefloors. Few artists are better placed to revisit the track than Benny Benassi, the Italian electronic music pioneer responsible for some of the most influential dance records of the past two decades. For this new version, he teams up with fast-rising Italian producer Hypaton, whose signature sound combines timeless dance references with forward-facing production.
Following his breakthrough rework of La Bouche’s ‘Be My Lover’ and subsequent collaboration with David Guetta, Hypaton has quickly established himself as one of the most exciting new names in global dance music. Together, Benny Benassi and Hypaton bridge two generations of Italian electronic music, delivering a high-energy update designed for clubs, festival stages and the new era of dance music.
